Terms of Service

The rules of the club. We've tried to write these like a human being, but please read them — they matter.

Last updated: March 2026

The Short Version

Milwaukee Golf Club is an indoor golf simulator facility. By using our website or joining our waitlist, you agree to these terms. By becoming a member (when we open), you agree to our membership rules. Be respectful, don't break the equipment, and don't share your access code. Everything else is spelled out below.

The Waitlist

Joining the waitlist doesn't guarantee membership. We're intentionally keeping the founding membership small, and spots are limited. Joining the waitlist means:

  • You'll hear from us personally before we announce to the public
  • You'll have the first opportunity to choose a membership option and lock in founding member pricing
  • We'll contact you via the email you provided — no spam, just the one note that matters

We reserve the right to limit membership enrollment at any time. Joining the waitlist is free and carries no financial obligation.

Membership

These terms will be finalized and provided in full at the time of membership purchase. The following reflects our current intent:

Hour Packs. Hours are purchased in blocks and never expire. Hours may be used across simulator bay bookings at your convenience. Hours are non-transferable and non-refundable once used.

Monthly Membership. Billed month-to-month. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No long-term contract, no cancellation fee.

Pricing, pack sizes, and full membership agreement details will be shared with waitlist members prior to launch.

Facility Access

Members access the facility using a unique entry code sent by text message before each session. By accepting a code and entering the facility, you agree to:

  • Use the facility only during your booked session time
  • Not share your entry code with non-members
  • Treat the equipment, bays, and putting area with reasonable care
  • Supervise any guests you bring — your booking covers your group, but you're responsible for their conduct
  • Leave the bay in the condition you found it

The putting area is available to all active members without a booking and is operated on an honor system. Please be considerate of other members using it.

Equipment and Personal Property

Members are expected to bring their own clubs. Milwaukee Golf Club is not responsible for damage to personal equipment, including clubs, bags, or other personal items brought onto the premises.

Milwaukee Golf Club's simulator equipment must be used as intended. Members who damage simulator equipment through negligence or misuse may be held responsible for repair or replacement costs.

Conduct

We're building a low-key, member-first club. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend membership — without refund of unused hours or the current billing period — if a member:

  • Damages facility equipment or property intentionally or through gross negligence
  • Harasses, threatens, or disrespects staff or other members
  • Allows unauthorized individuals to access the facility using their code
  • Uses the facility in a manner inconsistent with these terms

Assumption of Risk

Golf — even indoors — involves physical activity. By accessing the facility, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and accept responsibility for any injury that results from your own actions. Milwaukee Golf Club maintains appropriate insurance for the facility, but is not liable for injuries resulting from your own conduct or pre-existing physical conditions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Wisconsin law, Milwaukee Golf Club's liability to any member is limited to the amount that member has paid in the most recent 30-day period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes will be resolved in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the business evolves — particularly as we move from pre-launch to open. We'll note the date of any changes at the top of this page. Continued use of the site or membership after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
