We keep it simple: you give us your info to join the waitlist, we use it to contact you about the club. That's it.

When you join our waitlist, we collect:

We won't add you to a newsletter list, sell your information, or send you anything unrelated to Milwaukee Golf Club membership. When we say "we'll reach out when the bays are warm," we mean exactly that.
Waitlist submissions are stored in Airtable, a cloud-based database tool. Airtable processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy and security standards. We access your information only to follow up on your waitlist submission.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — which pages get traffic, where people come from, that kind of thing. Google Analytics collects data like your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This data is aggregated and anonymous from our perspective; we can't identify you from it.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish returning visitors and track sessions. We don't set any additional cookies ourselves. Standard browser controls let you block or delete cookies at any time.

We'll keep your waitlist information until you ask us to remove it, or until it's no longer relevant (for example, after we've opened and the founding membership period has closed).
This site is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe we've inadvertently collected such information, contact us and we'll delete it.
If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Since we don't have your email yet for that purpose, check back here if you're curious.
